At DSS our CNC routing facilities are second to none. With its 3m x 2m bed, auto-tool changer and coolant system we can handle the biggest of sheets and cut most materials with speed and precision to any shape.
Build up Lettering
As well as using the most up to date machinery we also use, when required, traditional sign making methods to build up Perspex/stainless steel lettering.
In-House Digital Printing
Digital printing comprises a large part of todays sign making industry. Customers require a extensive range of products from full colour window graphics, duratran prints, vehicle wraps, banners & printed boards. DSS can manufacture and supply all of these with vibrant and long lasting prints that can be laminated with a number of finishes to suit your needs.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Having one of the best equipped workshops in the industry has helped DSS to meet the tightest deadlines without compromising on quality. With our rolling, folding and tig welding facilities we can always meet our customers needs.
Di-Sublimation
Di-sublimation is not a new method of printing but has always incurred large set-up costs. The onset of digital printers have helped this method to become more mainstream.
